Oil Portrait Commission

Thank you for considering a custom portrait with me.

I’m currently offering head portraits and head-and-shoulders portraits. If you're interested in commissioning a portrait, please fill out the Commission Inquiry Form at the bottom of this page.

  • MEDIUM

    Artist grade oil paints are used to ensure the longevity, quality, and richness of each painting.

  • SUBJECTS I CAN PAINT

    I will create the painting based on the reference photo you provide.

    • One-person oil portrait | Adding an additional person: an extra $120 USD will be added to the total price.
    • Pet portrait with a one-toned background or the background from the reference
    • Portrait of your favorite actors, singers, etc.

  • SUBJECTS I AM UNABLE TO PAINT

    • Requests to create paintings in the style of a specific artist, including Old Masters
    • Graphic violence or gore
    • Strong profanity
    • Highly sensitive or disturbing imagery
    • Hate symbols or discriminatory content
    • Illegal activities or criminal content
    • Explicit sexual content or nudity

    Commission requests are reviewed individually. I may decline projects that do not align with my style or approach

  • PRICING

    Commission rates start at:

    6"x8": $400 USD ~
    8"x10" : $650 USD ~
    9"x12": $750 USD ~
    11"x14": $1000 USD ~

    This pricing includes:

    • Material costs (Linen panel, paint, varnish, etc.)
    • Packing fee
    • Planning and editorial adjustments in Photoshop
    • Consultation via email

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Shipping is not included in the commission price and will be calculated separately depending on the size of the artwork and shipping destination.
    • Framing is not included in the price, but if you’re interested in purchasing a frame for your piece, feel free to ask me about options.

  • WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE

    I will need a high-resolution photo, preferably taken with a good camera or phone in portrait mode to retain fine details.

    Feel free to provide a photo you’d like to use as a reference, and I can determine if it’s suitable after making adjustments in Photoshop.

  • Oil Painting Orders: Processing & Delivery Time

    Please keep in mind that if you wish to order an oil painting, it requires a few weeks to dry and be varnished before shipping to ensure its quality. So, if you have a specific timeframe for delivery, make sure to submit a request at least 2–3 months in advance to ensure timely delivery.

PROCESS

Submit your request along with reference photos, sample images for a color palette, or anything that helps convey the painting you’d like.

I will review your request and discuss the details with you via email.

Once we agree on the concept, I will require a 30% deposit before starting the painting.

After completing the painting, I will send you a final image for approval.

▾

Once approved, I will send you a payment link for the remaining balance and shipping fee.
