This commission is limited to a 6×8 headshot portrait of one person, created based on the reference photo you provide.

- One-person oil portrait with a single-color background.
- Pet portrait with a one-toned background.
- Recreation of your favorite piece. a bust-up or close-up shot.
- Portrait of your favorite actors, singers, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE
I will need a high-resolution photo, preferably taken with a good camera or phone in portrait mode to retain fine details.
Feel free to provide a photo you’d like to use as a reference, and I can determine if it’s suitable after making adjustments in Photoshop.

Processing & Delivery Time
Please keep in mind that if you wish to order an oil painting, it requires a few weeks to dry and be varnished before shipping to ensure its quality. So, if you have a specific timeframe for delivery, make sure to submit a request at least 2–3 months in advance to ensure timely delivery.

I will review your order and confirm your commission with you via email.

After completing the painting, I will send you a final image for approval.

Once approved, the artwork will be shipped in an ligid mailer, and the artwork will be sealed in a poly bag for protection during transit.
The parcel will come with a tracking number for your convenience.
Rights and Cancellation
Timeline: From Completion to Delivery
The estimated time to complete a commission varies based on my current workload and the complexity of the project. I will begin working on your commission shortly, and the estimated time for completion is 14-21 days before dispatch. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and will share the approximate completion date once I start on your piece.

Rights and Usage
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork without permission.
I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork and may use it for promotional purposes (such as portfolio use, social media posts, etc.).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
