What You Need to Provide
1. Please send me one reference photo for each portrait you order. I will create a portrait based on the photo you provide.
Timeline
The estimated time to complete a commission varies based on my current workload and the complexity of the project. I will begin working on your commission shortly, and the estimated time for completion is 5-7 days before dispatch. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and will share the approximate completion date once I start on your piece.

Rights and Usage
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork without permission.
I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork and may use it for promotional purposes (such as portfolio use, social media posts, etc.).
Delivery
The artwork will be shipped in an envelope, and the artwork will be sealed in a poly bag for protection during transit. The parcel will come with a tracking number for your convenience.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
