Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ORDERS
Each print and frame is inspected for quality before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at misakoflodin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
I will replace the item at no extra cost once the damage is confirmed. Please keep all original packaging until the replacement is processed.
If your package was lost or severely damaged in transit, let me know as soon as possible so I can help file a claim and arrange a replacement for you.
